Goods are inspected before packing, against the specification and sample you approved, with a photo report.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and customs filing, prepared and checked.
Freight and delivery
We book sea or air freight and clear export customs, on FOB or CIF terms to your port.

What payment terms do you work with?
For new buyers we usually work with an advance payment, with the balance due before shipment. For larger orders we can work with a letter of credit. Terms are agreed in writing before production starts.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We arrange samples from shortlisted suppliers and courier them to you. Any sample and courier costs are confirmed with you in advance.
Do you take small orders?
Tell us your quantity. Minimum order quantities depend on the product and the factory, and we'll tell you upfront what's realistic.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB, where you take over once goods are loaded at an Indian port, or CIF, where we cover freight and insurance to your port. We'll advise which suits your setup.
How do you check quality?
We inspect goods before packing against the approved sample and specification, and share an inspection report with photos. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Which countries do you ship to?
Most countries. Tell us your destination port and we'll confirm freight options and the documents your market needs.
